IBC SOLAR: Changes in the management of the Dutch subsidiary

Harold Salden takes over the management of IBC SOLAR B.V.

Bad Staffelstein / Echt, January 15, 2020 – IBC SOLAR AG, a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage, announces personnel changes to the management of its Dutch subsidiary IBC SOLAR B.V. as of January 1st, 2020.

IBC SOLAR B.V. starts the year with a new management. Peter Meijers, who has been working as the company’s CEO since September 23rd, 2004, went into retirement and left the company on January 1st, 2020.

Following the departure of Peter Meijers, the management of IBC SOLAR B.V. will be handed over to Harold Salden as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Harold Salden is a graduate in energy engineering and technical business administration and started his career as a sales manager at IBC SOLAR in 2011. In his role as CEO, Harold Salden is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as for strengthening the company's position in the Benelux market.

The Dutch subsidiary IBC SOLAR B.V. was founded in 2004. The company focuses on tailor-made solutions ranging from small residential PV plants to major solar projects in the Benelux. IBC SOLAR B.V. works closely and successfully together with customers throughout the Benelux and has realized various innovative projects, among others projects the installation of solar panels on the Hermitage Amsterdam and a solar park for the Dutch regional water authority in Rivierenland.
