IBC AeroFix

The mounting system for all flat roofs

More flexibility for large modules: The further development of our aerodynamic flat roof mounting system is ideal for up to 3 m² in size. Aerodynamically optimised, permanently secure - completely without roof penetration.

Module clamp G6

Module clamp G6

Simple. Stable. Flexible.

The time-saving clamp was developed for the new IBC AeroFix and combines easy handling with stability and safety. The pre-assembled G6 clamp is pushed into the support without conversion and can be attached to either side of the module frame.

Floor rails

Floor rails

More contact surface, more safety.

Wide base rails distribute the load optimally on the flat roof, protect the roof cladding and ensure a stable base - even with insulation with low compressive strength. The AeroFix also offers the option of combining wide and narrow base rails. This means that more stable roof areas or lower ballasted modules can be covered with the more cost-effective, narrow rail. Pre-assembled building protection mats with approvals for all roofs ensure even more speed during installation.

Supports

Supports

More stability, more security, more yield.

Robust materials such as aluminium and steel ensure that the supports are deformation-free, provide structural relief and can withstand higher wind and snow loads. The supports in 65 or 100 mm width are suitable for all standard module widths.

Hammer head screw

Hammer head screw

Quickly fixed - stably connected.

Hammerhead screws that automatically thread into the groove channel are pre-assembled on the supports. The hammer head rotates into the correct position when the screws are tightened. Advantage: less assembly time, fewer components, stable connections.

Cable ducts

Cable ducts

Practically integrated.

Wide floor rails with pre-installed cable ducts for 6 mm² cables save installation time.

Module

Module

From small to large.

The IBC AeroFix remains flexible - even with large modules. The mounting system is suitable for modules with lengths from 1500 to 2610 mm and widths from 1040 to 1150 mm.

Endless possibilities. More support. More power.

Corner point clamping.

Fixing the solar modules at the corners. Advantage: quick, simple and material-optimised installation. With large modules, there is an increased risk of the modules bending and not being able to withstand wind or snow loads. Corner clamping is therefore ideal for small modules and simple conditions.

Quarter-point clamping.

Here, the clamps are placed in the clamping area on the long side of the module. Two floor rails are laid under each module for this purpose. This offers better load distribution and greater stability, but is somewhat more complex to install. Quarter-point clamping is for large modules and high static requirements.

Third floor rail.

Provides additional stability with supports and clamping on the module. Advantages: Supports load distribution, reduces surface pressure on the insulation, increases load-bearing capacity and resistance to wind and snow loads. Safety advantage for larger modules and demanding roof conditions.

U-profile.

Reinforces the brackets between the lower and upper supports under the module against high snow loads. Additional forces are optimally distributed across the system. This protects the modules from excessive deformation or damage. Ideal for regions with heavy snowfall and demanding static requirements.

The optimum solution for flat roofs.

Fast.

Ready in a few simple steps thanks to pre-assembled individual parts.

Economical.

Pre-assembled building protection mats, integrated cable ducts and optional narrow floor rails save time and money.

Modular.

Thanks to the modular principle.

Safe.

Extremely stable even in storms. Ballast-optimised for high snow and wind loads. Testable statics and building authority approval.

Reliable.

Extensive quality tests in the SUNLAB test laboratory prove optimum product quality.

Roof perfect.

No roof damage or crushing of the insulation thanks to large-area load distribution via wide floor rails and roof penetration-free installation.

High quality.

Long service life thanks to the use of optimised materials such as aluminium and stainless steel.

Guaranteed.

Maximum security thanks to a 15 year combined guarantee on the module and mounting together.

PV Manager. Plan faster.
Calculate more precisely.

With our PV Manager software, you benefit in several ways when planning your systems: All our mounting systems are already integrated into the programme. Thanks to automatic updates, the software is always up to date - including clear graphics and structured documents. Your complete system planning results in a parts list that you can transfer directly to our online shop. This means you have the material you need in no time at all.

Advantages for installers:

  • Fast and intuitive planning of PV systems
  • Automatic calculation of the required components
  • Time savings thanks to direct transfer of parts lists to the shop
  • Static calculations and ballasting plans
  • Complete integration of all IBC SOLAR mounting systems
