IBC AeroFix Latch is more than just a simple restraint system - it is an integrated system concept that works perfectly with the PV substructure. The highlight: the securing elements are attached to the mounting system and therefore directly to the module array. There is no need for additional installation on the roof, which means that the tightness of the roof is not impaired.

The system enables up to three people to be secured at the same time. This makes it ideal for installation and maintenance teams working in parallel on the roof. This allows work to be carried out efficiently - without compromising on safety. The load capacity of the system has been tested and complies with all relevant standards for multi-person lifelines (including CEN/TS 16415).

Without hooking and unhooking.
The direct connection to the module array, in combination with the appropriate personal fall protection equipment (PPE), allows maximum freedom of movement around the entire PV system. This allows fitters to access the area at risk of falling without additional and time-consuming hooking and unhooking.

IBC AeroFix Latch is DEKRA-certified and fulfils the requirements of DIN EN 795_2012 for placing anchorage devices on the market as well as other relevant safety standards and guidelines for this type of system. The design has been extensively tested and guarantees standard-compliant safety when working on flat roofs - a reliable standard for planners, installers and operators.

The IBC AeroFix Latch System may only be installed by persons who have a valid qualification as an "expert in fall protection".
This qualification ensures that all safety-relevant regulations are complied with and that the components are installed correctly. Only in this way can the full protective effect of the system be guaranteed - in terms of occupational safety and legal requirements.
