For models with a distinctive character: The new TopFix 200 for the IBC SOLAR Trapezoidal Support

Market launch of the efficient mounting system for trapezoidal sheet roofs

Bad Staffelstein, June 13, 2019 – IBC SOLAR, a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage, is enhancing its mounting system portfolio within the IBC TopFix 200 family in the trapezoidal elevation segment. The efficient system is designed especially for the elevated mounting of modules on trapezoidal sheet roofs and enables the maximum use of space for optimum efficiency.

The latest addition to the IBC SOLAR portfolio for mounting systems, the IBC TopFix 200 for elevated modules on trapezoidal sheet roofs, is practical and very flexible. The special feature of the system is the “floating bearing” of the carrier profile. This prevents potential damage caused by thermal expansion on the roofing and PV system. A balancing option on the trapezoidal shoe also enables the system to be mounted on uneven roofs. This means the system can be used flexibly.

It is mounted using the standard IBC SOLAR module clamps. This guarantees quick and easy handling. The IBC TopFix 200 is suitable for the trapezoidal elevation of modules in all current frame heights between 31 and 50 mm. The system is adapted to the individual customer’s requirements and can be mounted both in the economical east-west combination as well as southward. This means optimum efficiency can be achieved in any constellation.

The IBC TopFix 200 for elevated modules on trapezoidal sheet roofs is now available on the market.
